Job Description

SUMMARY 

The Reset Crew Associate is responsible for executing store resets, remodels, and merchandising updates across multiple locations. This role ensures that store layouts, product placement, and signage align with company standards and vendor requirements. The position requires extensive weekly travel and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Execute store resets, remodels, and layout changes according to planograms and company guidelines 
  • Install shelving, fixtures, signage, and displays 
  • Stock and organize merchandise to ensure proper placement and presentation 
  • Remove outdated fixtures and product as needed 
  • Work collaboratively with team members and store leadership to complete projects on schedule 
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment during all projects
