Accreditation Associate

The Accreditation Associate reviews the documents required from vendors and acts on their accreditation application within approved timelines.

Core Responsibilities:

• Gathers the required vendor documents
• Coordinates with the business units/proponents on requirements
• Escalates to proponents any concerns on vendors following the escalation process
• Performs accreditation processes per approved standards
• Ensures proper safekeeping of onboarded vendors’ documents
• Communicates decisions to vendors upon determination of such action based on approved processes
• Ensures timely updating of document submission tracker and accreditation status to enable accurate performance reports and dashboards
• Performs assigned role
• Reviews and monitors system-related activities
