Accounts Technician / Assistant Accountant role with a leading Accountancy firm in Bangor. Keenan Recruitment has been retained to recruit for this position.

Responsibilities

• Client Accounts Management: Prepare and review year-end accounts, management accounts, and financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
• Taxation: Handle VAT returns, self-assessment tax returns, corporation tax computations, and ensure submissions comply with HMRC deadlines and regulations.
• Bookkeeping: Support clients with bookkeeping services, including bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and cash flow management.
• Advisory Services: Provide strategic business advice to clients, helping with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for all their financial needs.
