Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager to lead the receivables function for a growing manufacturer serving advanced technology markets in Livermore, California. This onsite role offers the chance to guide a multi-entity AR operation, strengthen team performance, and improve the accuracy and efficiency of the order-to-cash cycle. The position works closely with finance, operations, and customer-facing teams to support cash flow, reduce risk, and enhance reporting and controls.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach accounts receivable staff across onsite and offshore teams, setting clear expectations and supporting ongoing development.
