Responsibilities:
· Retrieve, review, and validate billing data from multiple internal systems, customer portals, and project teams to ensure accurate invoicing
· Prepare and generate customer invoices while ensuring compliance with contractual terms and customer-specific billing requirements
· Submit invoices through various channels including EDI, billing portals, and email, and track submission status
· Resolve invoice discrepancies, rejections, and customer billing inquiries while collaborating with cross-functional teams
