Full-time: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day) - PST hours preferred

Our client company is an e-commerce company specializing in high-quality mosaic products for residential and commercial spaces.

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage high-volume e-commerce payment processing and collections . This role requires strong Excel skills, QuickBooks proficiency, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Order Processing, and E-commerce teams.

The ideal candidate has prior experience working with U.S.-based companies and understands allowance accounts, journal entries, and automated payment systems.
