AR Specialist (Contract)

Recruitment Partners is looking for an experienced AR Specialist for temporary coverage. If you have vast experience with Collections, Payment Applications and Account Reconciliations this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments and make collection calls on overdue accounts
• Apply payments received from customers
• Reconcile accounts to ensure all outstanding balances are accurate and up to date
• Resolve discrepancies

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Accounts Receivable
• Ability to multi-task and be self-directed with little or no supervision
• Skilled communicator; both verbal and written
• Experience with Sage 300 is an asset

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Edmonton, AB
