Due to Infin8Care's growth, we are seeking a new team member, full time in our National Office located in Bundall on the beautiful Gold Coast - Residential Aged Care Providers Australia | Infinite Age Care (**************.au)

Our National Office is the HUB for supporting our 17 aged care facilities across Australia and our team play an integral part within our organisation. Now is such an exciting time to join Infin8Care, as we continue to grow the organisation, we need really good people to support our teams on the ground.

The Billing team reports to our Finance Manager – Compliance & Transactional Processing, the Billing team help us to ensure that residents’ accounts are maintained and that payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner. Working as part of this integral team, you will be responsible for:

• Administering customer accounts including collections.
• Answering customer billing queries.
