About the Role:
We are looking for a
Consultant – Collections (Accounts Receivable)
to join our Finance Operations team in Kuala Lumpur. This role focuses on managing customer receivables, driving timely collections, and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise customers across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end
  Accounts Receivable & Collections
  activities
• Drive monthly and quarterly
  collection targets
• Reduce overdue balances across ageing buckets
• Follow up with customers via calls and emails to resolve payment issues
• Analyze AR data to identify trends and payment delays
• Track and apply incoming payments accurately in finance systems
