Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description Accounts Receivable Specialist (contract) We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a collaborative and team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Post customer payments to the appropriate accounts Assist with collections efforts and customer follow-up as needed Set up new customer accounts and vendor information Run credit reports for new customers (no credit approval decisions required) What We're Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others Ability to take initiative and work independently Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with others, taking ownership of their work, and contributing wherever needed.
