Account Receivable Clerk

Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for supporting the timely and accurate processing, recording, and collection of customer accounts for Casey Metro. This role supports accurate financial records, customer inquiries, payment processing, and credit and collections activities. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate with customers, sales staff, dispatch, operations, and management.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately and in a timely manner, including cash, cheque, EFT, credit card, and other methods; post payments to customer accounts and reconcile daily receipts.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, statements, and account summaries as required and monitor accounts for overdue balances and follow up on receivables.
