A day in the life of an Invoicing Clerk with Universal can look like: Auditing bills that go out to customers and comparing information from the BOL against the information entered by the agent Communicating with customers to resolve light billing discrepancies and ensure all loads receive resolution Experience with Excel and MS Office Fluent English
