Job Description
Location: Pretoria-based candidates only. Worky Hybrid policy of 2 days per week in the office at a minimum. Condition to work from the office for training purposes (including initial onboarding), load shedding or connectivity issues and the like.
Work hours: standard 8am-5pm with the condition of being flexible to the client’s needs during peak times
Work hours: willing and able to travel internationally for client training and onboarding purposes.

- Supports regions, business units, and functions as a dedicated billing subject matter experts
- Assessment of new customers
- Security management (request, logging, monitoring, releasing)
- Reassessment of customers
- Workflows management (i.e., CS&A amend tasks, exposure measurement)
