Job Description

Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an established organisation based in Oxford to recruit an Accounts Payables Assistant. The Accounts Payables Assistant will receive a salary of up to £29,000 along with additional benefits including a bonus! 
Primary responsibilities; 
Using and maintaining the SAP Business ByDesign system and other finance-related software
Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate coding and approval
Maintaining accounts payable records and tracking spreadsheets
Preparing supplier payment runs in accordance with company procedures
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Dealing with supplier queries by email and telephone
Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts and records
Assisting with month-end accounts payable activities
Processing employee expense claims in line with company policies
