A leading Pharmaceutical Company is hiring an Accounts Payable Team Leader
Reference: DBN -RC-4 The Accounts Payable Team Leader will be responsible for the timely payments of local and foreign vendors, overseeing the accounts payable team, and maintaining the accuracy of the organization's creditors records. Duties & Responsibilities
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure correct payments are made in a timely manner according to supplier terms, developing and maintaining good relationships with all vendors.
Ensure that all vendor accounts are reconciled monthly, review and sign off on vendor reconciliations, deal with query items, and ensure that all queries are resolved promptly.
Ensure staff expense claims are reviewed and paid on time.
Verify payments, and review checks before supervisors approve payments on the online banking system.
