Job Description

Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an exciting organisation based in central Oxford to recruit an Accounts Payable Supervisor. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will receive a salary of up to £39,000 along with other attractive benefits including a generous bonus.
Primary responsibilities; 
Check, code, and post supplier invoices accurately in SAP Business ByDesign, ensuring correct allocation across entities, cost centres, and jurisdictions
Manage and execute supplier payment runs (BACS, CHAPS, and international transfers), ensuring payments are made on time and in line with agreed payment terms
Maintain and update weekly foreign exchange rates within SAP Business ByDesign
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries in a timely, professional manner
Process and reconcile corporate credit card transactions and associated expense journals
