Accounts Payable Specialist

Horizon Recruitment is recruiting for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join a corporate finance team and support accurate, timely processing of high‑volume accounts payable transactions. This role plays an important part in maintaining strong financial operations by ensuring invoices are processed efficiently, records remain accurate, and internal stakeholders receive responsive, professional support. The successful candidate will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and strengthen accounting processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of accounts payable transactions accurately and on schedule.
• Manage invoice workflows through Yardi Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Review, validate, code, and reconcile invoices in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
• Coordinate timely payments and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
