Job Description: We are seeking a short-term Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with the closing down of operations and stores. This engagement is expected to run through the end of July, with a possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
+ Enter invoices accurately and efficiently.
+ Disburse payments via cheque or EFT.
+ Communicate with managers regarding any missing documentation.
+ Answer vendor inquiries promptly and professionally.
+ Save invoices digitally for record-keeping.
+ Monitor the Accounts Payable inbox for new invoices that need to be entered and paid.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
+ Proficiency in invoice processing, purchase orders, vendor invoices, and inventory coding.
+ Excellent written and spoken communication skills for interacting with external customers.
