Assist with invoicing and billing, as well as performing general accounting support under the direction of the Shared Services Supervisor to ensure accurate and timely goals are met aligning with corporate objectives.
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support our accounting team. Reporting to the Shared Services Supervisor, this role will be responsible for invoice processing, vendor maintenance, reconciliations, and general accounting support while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:

+ Review, code, and process vendor invoices

+ Verify invoice approvals and supporting documentation

+ Set up and maintain vendor records

+ Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries

+ Perform AP data entry and maintain accurate records
