The Accounts Payable Specialist l will assist with invoicing and billing, as well as performing general accounting support under the direction of the Shared Services Supervisor to ensure accurate and timely goals are met aligning with ZincFive corporate objectives. This role will work onsite at ZincFive headquarters, in Tualatin, Oregon and will report to the Shared Services Supervisor. Accounts Payable Specialist l Job Duties: Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices Ensure invoices are approved by supervisor and the appropriate backup is obtained Verify new vendors in the accounting system Maintain vendor profiles to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Perform data entry associated with accounts payable Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies Assist with audits related to accounts payable, customer support, and shipping.
