Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a team in Santa Monica, California on a contract-to-permanent basis. This position is ideal for someone who brings strong attention to detail, accuracy in invoice handling, and confidence managing day-to-day payment activity. The role will support core accounts payable operations while helping maintain organized financial records and timely vendor payments.

Responsibilities:
• Review and process vendor invoices with careful attention to accuracy, approvals, and proper expense allocation.
