Our client is a growing mid-sized organization seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. Responsibilities

+ Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently

+ Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation

+ Review, verify, and code invoices for payment

+ Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers

+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

+ Maintain vendor records and supporting documentation
