📌 Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage a high-volume invoice workload while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong vendor relationships. This is a hands-on, full-cycle AP role where your expertise truly matters.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

+ Process ~1,500 invoices per month (~350 weekly) with high accuracy

+ Perform 3-way matching, batching, and PO processing

+ Review invoices for proper GL coding, tax accuracy, and supporting documentation
