Accounts Payable Senior Analyst (Las Condes)

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Accounts Payable Senior Analyst (AP Senior Analyst).based in Santiago de Chile.Responsible for the Accounts Payable process for the countries and entities assigned to Atlas SSC, ensuring proper management that guarantees the correct receipt of all payment documents, their registration, and the issuance of payments, in compliance with the SLA.

What challenges will you face?

• Responsible for receiving all company payment documents through the channels defined by Atlas.
• Daily registration of all payment documents received, within the agreed SLAs.
• Issuance of payment payrolls, considering Treasury’s payment dates.
• Issuance of AP Aging during monthly closing, reporting the reasons for overdue invoices.
• Issuance, control, and follow-up of the area’s KPIs.
• Management of the critical supplier portfolio, including periodic confirmations.
