• Ensure that the invoices for payments to suppliers are correctly entered into the established systems.
• Develop technical knowledge of the different systems used in the company, to facilitate the processing of information.
• Maintain involvement and communication by phone, email, chat or any other means with internal and external customers involved in the processes.
Opportunities for Expanded Scope
• Identify opportunities for improvement of the processes related to their department, proposing solutions and best practices.
• Request the update of corporate suppliers' information in the respective systems when required by the team in charge of this process.
• Provide support and carry out any other request required by the company's needs.
• Analyze the information of the invoices to resolve discrepancies that may arise, identifying the root cause to avoid incorrect application of payments and/or escalations.
