Our client, a well-established organisation based in Subiaco, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on an initial 3-month temporary contract, with a strong possibility of extension.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an AP professional who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and is looking for a role that offers flexibility, convenience, and the chance to contribute to a busy finance function.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end accounts payable processing
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations and query resolution
  • Preparing and processing payment runs
  • Maintaining accurate vendor records and ensuring compliance with internal processes
  • Assisting with month-end AP tasks and ad hoc finance support as required
