The Company
Robert Half is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a highly regarded organisation based in the western suburbs. This role will be a temporary ongoing role as the organisation estimates it to last at least eight months.
 Working within a friendly team environment this role will require a candidate to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:
High volume processing of supplier invoices
3-way matching of invoices to purchase orders & goods received
Ensuring authorisations are correct
Reconciliations
Entering and reconciling supplier invoices
Resolving supplier queries
Setting up and preparing for weekly and monthly payment runs
Account and statement reconciliations
Intercompany payments / reconciliations
