Accounts Payable Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable Manager who is a true self-starter and exceptionally detail-oriented. This role will own the accounts payable function end-to-end, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, process improvement, and scalable systems.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating independently, proactively solving problems, and leveraging modern tools — including Ramp payment software — to streamline spend management and improve visibility as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full AP lifecycle, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, payment processing, and vendor communication
• Manage and administer Ramp for corporate cards, bill pay, reimbursements, and spend controls
