Role Overview 
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead to join our Global Shared Services team in India. This position will be responsible for Management and mentoring a team size of 6 – 8 members.
This position reports directly to the Global AP + Shared Services Manager (based in North America).

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor the AP team to achieve performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration
Oversee invoice receipt, validation, approval workflows, and payment processing.
