POSITION PURPOSE The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the daily processing of invoices.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Check all invoices (from division offices) for accuracy and process for payment, including obtaining approvals and coding to the appropriate cost center and general ledger account.

Prepare and code invoices.
