Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to support day-to-day payment operations for a busy team in Lake Forest, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who brings strong attention to detail, accuracy in financial processing, and the ability to manage a steady volume of invoices. The person in this role will help keep vendor payments organized, timely, and properly documented while contributing to efficient accounts payable workflows.

Responsibilities:
• Review incoming invoices for completeness, accuracy, and proper approval before entering them into the payment process.
• Assign the correct accounting codes to invoices and supporting documentation to ensure accurate financial records.
