Responsibilities

+ Process vendor invoices and match purchase orders

+ Review invoices for accuracy and proper coding

+ Assist with weekly payment processing

+ Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies

+ Maintain vendor files and supporting documentation

+ Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments

+ Assist with month-end filing and account reconciliations
