Accounts Payable Clerk – Contract-to-Hire

We are hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk for an ongoing contract-to-hire position with a growing organization. This role will focus on supporting the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice coding, entry, approvals tracking, vendor communication, and issue resolution. The right candidate will be dependable, detail-focused, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.

Key Duties:

+ Enter and code invoices into the accounting system

+ Review invoice approvals and follow up on outstanding items

+ Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies

+ Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional manner

+ Support month-end AP reconciliation activities

+ Help ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely payments
