Accounts Payable Clerk - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

We are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team based in our Customer Support Centre in Walsall.

As Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely processing of invoices, that queries and issues are resolved and that statements of reconsolidation are completed accurately.

This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months. After a probationary period, the role offers flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Your Impact And Responsibilities:

• Reconciling invoices to booking in sheets, liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve price discrepancies.
• Resolving supplier queries and invoices.
• Issuing debit notes where required and following them through to resolution.
• Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
• Ensure that any correspondence relating to overdue accounts is actioned and resolved.
