Our client, a well-established and growing construction business based in Enfield is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant.

This role would suit someone with a background in Accounts Payable within the construction industry, particularly with experience handling subcontractor payments and working knowledge of CIS requirements.
 

 Working within a busy finance function, responsibilities will include: 
Processing subcontractor invoices and payments

Managing subcontractor verification and deductions

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance

Supplier statement reconciliations

Supporting the wider Accounts Payable function

Handling supplier and subcontractor queries

Assisting with payment runs and month-end processes
