Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled AP & T&E Lead within our Global Business Services. This role will be responsible for overseeing operations of a team within the Accounts Payable and Expense department, which encompasses invoice verification, payment authorizations, auditing employee expense reports, and managing corporate credit cards. It involves supervising an AP and T&E team, ensuring the adherence to designed processes and controls.

Accountabilities

• Oversee the daily functions of a team of 5 – 20 within the Accounts Payable and Expense department
• Support the establishment and maintenance of a stringent control environment that aligns with the company's internal control framework and global policy
• Review and authorize invoices and payment proposals to ensure they are processed accurately and promptly
