Accounts Payable and Receivable Analyst

Vaco by Highspring seeks an Accounts Payable and Receivable Analyst to manage billings and customer communications in the Greater Toronto Area. You'll play a key role in full-cycle accounting and cash applications.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree or diploma in accounting and possess over two years of relevant experience in AP/AR. You will leverage your strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP to ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Issue billings and prepare manual invoices
• Process credit card payments accurately
• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable tasks
• Apply cash and follow up on overdue accounts
• Monitor customer aging and outstanding invoices
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in accounting or related field
• 2+ years of experience in AP/AR roles
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel features
• Experience with SAP software
