Responsabilidades

• Following up on invoices held in receiving channels (OnBase, COUPA, email, Edicom).
• Financial analysis and resolution of policy exceptions.
• Responding to vendor and internal user inquiries regarding payments.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Participating in continuous improvement projects and Lean trainings.
• Collaborating with regional teams to maintain positive and efficient relationships.

Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience).
