Accounts Payable Analyst

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining the full accounts payable process, from invoice coding to vendor setup. The ideal candidate will bring over five years of experience and a strong understanding of financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all payment-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Process and code invoices accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including purchase orders and payment processing.
• Conduct regular check runs to ensure timely vendor payments.
• Set up and maintain accurate records for new and existing vendors.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and file 1099 and W-2 forms in compliance with regulatory requirements.
