Accounts Payable Analyst

Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to support accurate and timely payment operations for a busy finance team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position focuses on invoice processing, payment execution, account reconciliation, and issue resolution across the procure-to-pay cycle. The ideal candidate brings strong SAP experience, sound analytical ability, and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies that affect vendors, purchasing, and month-end close.

Responsibilities:
• Review and enter purchase order and non-purchase order invoices in SAP, ensuring charges are coded correctly and supporting documentation is complete.
• Manage scheduled electronic and check payment activity, monitor automated runs, and address items that fail validation or remain on hold.
• Investigate and resolve accounts payable exceptions such as receipt-versus-invoice mismatches, pricing differences, tolerance holds, and vendor record issues.
