Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processing for Latin America.
• Proficiency in SAP or manual payment platforms.
• Processing vendor invoices and manually submitting payments.
• Experience with bank reconciliations.
• Update weekly reports and follow up with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in administration, finance or related field.
• 3+ years of work experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in a logistics company is desired.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and take on responsibilities.
• Open‑mind approach with constructive suggestions.
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite).
• High attention to detail.
