A growing and established organization in Modesto is seeking a detail oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join its accounting team. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, account reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and prior experience managing high volume accounts payable functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
