We are looking for an Accounts Payable administrator to join our Finance team in Auckland. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible! 
This role fills an integral part of the Finance Team. You will ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and within allocated time frames. The role will look after the accounts payable process from end to end. This includes:
maintaining the accounts payable inbox
reconciling supplier statements
processing and paying caregiver payments, staff reimbursements and invoices
cost allocation with regards to large suppliers
answering queries
filing and maintaining AP records for audit
supporting the team where needed
Ideally, you will be a highly organised individual with integrity, an ability for problem solving, friendly and have a positive attitude.
