Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B. Com, M. Com, MBA Finance). Professional certifications preferred: CA/ICWA/CMA or equivalent. 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and compliance. Prior exposure to EPC/Infrastructure/Construction industry preferred. Proven track record of handling statutory compliance, audits, and banking relationships. Tools & Software - Tally Prime (mandatory), MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, financial modeling), ERP/Accounting software exposure, Compliance portals (GST, Income Tax, ROC).Technical Knowledge:
• Statutory Compliance & Audits
o GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3 B, GSTR-9). o TDS/TCS (Form 24 Q, 26 Q, 27 EQ).
o PF & ESI regulations.
o Income Tax (advance tax, ITR filing).
o ROC filings and MCA compliance.
• Audit coordination (statutory, internal, tax).
