Accounts Manager - Development & Landscaping

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager – Development & Landscaping to oversee financial management and project accounting for real estate development and landscaping projects. The role will focus on construction cost control, contractor billing, project budgeting, CapEx tracking, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction accounting, project-based financial management, and vendor contract administration within real estate development and/or landscaping companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Development Accounting – Manage full‑cycle accounting for real estate development and landscaping projects, track project budgets, costs, and expenditures (CapEx & OpEx), maintain job cost reports and project‑wise profitability analysis, monitor cost allocations across multiple projects, ensure accurate revenue recognition (if applicable).
