Accounts Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The Junior Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial operations and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

1. To assist day to day accounting transactions included manage data entry and process journal to ensure all business transactions (AR, AP & GL) are recorded on timely basis.
2. Responsible for checking supplier, purchases invoice and staff claim.
3. To prepare relevant account documents (invoice, delivery order and other proper filing (month end filing).
4. To prepare payment listing and Payment Voucher on timely basis
5. Ensure account AP/AR/fixed assets documentations & schedules are filed and maintained properly.
