Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Accounts Executive to support daily accounting operations and month-end closing in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to full-set accounts and basic costing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations (data entry, bookkeeping, transaction posting, journals)
• Support AP/AR matters including invoice checking and payment preparation
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor bank balances/cash position
• Support month-end closing and timely preparation of reports
• Review purchase/expense documents to ensure proper approvals and accurate recording
• Assist in basic manufacturing costing and cost tracking
• Support audit and tax documentation and statutory compliance
• Maintain proper filing and documentation (digital/physical)
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and relevant external parties
