Accounts Executive

Handle full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. Manage and maintain accounting records for multiple entities across several countries, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and company policies. Prepare and process invoices, quotations, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents accurately and timely. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor cash flow, account balances, and outstanding receivables/payables. Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities when required. Perform administrative and accounting duties as assigned by management.
