Support company operations by managing administrative and bookkeeping tasks, coordinating with teams for sales reporting, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting credit control and HR functions related to accounts.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and operations documentation to support business processes
Perform bookkeeping tasks including accounts receivable, accounts payable
Issuing invoices, following up on outstanding payments, managing credit control
Processing supplier invoices, preparing payments, and ensuring timely settlements
Assisting with quarterly GST submission report
Analyze weekly ageing reports and execute credit control actions to manage outstanding payments effectively
