Salary; £26,363 FTW pro rota £20,280 per annum

Shift; 9.00am - 3.00pm Monday to Friday (30 hours per week)

Location; Rutland

Our client is looking to recruit an accounts assistant to join their manufacturing facility based in Rutland. The Accounts Assistant Role;

* Provide support to sales for receipt of credit card payments

* Process overhead invoices via Continia, ensuring the correct approval is followed

* Supplier statement reconciliations

* Dealing with invoice queries

* Arrange payments of overseas prepaid invoices, tracking expected delivery dates and reconciling any over/underpayments

* Processing all company credit card transactions
